43. Power to enter, etc.
- For the purpose of preparation or execution of a plan or repairing or maintaining any work under a plan, the State Soil Conservation Officer and any person generally or specially authorised by him in this behalf, and the Executive Officer, may enter upon, survey and mark out any land and do all acts necessary for such purposes.
