In view of the fact that the result of Second Appeal No. 310 of 1991 will have some bearing on the issues of res judicata involved in this case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the further hearing of this Civil Revision application can be taken up only after disposal of Second Appeal No. 310 of 1991.

List this case accordingly after disposal of Second Appeal No. 310 of 1991.

The interim order passed in this case shall continue and the further proceedings pending in the court below shall remain stayed.
