Section 6(2) in Gujarat Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
(2)The tender document issued by the Government shall contain:-(a)A geological report pursuant to Schedule I, specifying particulars and estimated quantities of all minerals discovered in the area;(b)revenue survey details of the area identified and demarcated in accordance with clauses (b) and (c) of sub-rule (2) of rule 4; and(c)list of clearances and permissions already obtained with respect to such area.
