(1)The Board may, at any time during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared and laid before them at a special meeting.(2)The provisions of section 108, sub-sections (3) and (4) and sections 109 and 111 shall apply to every supplementary estimate.
