Where premises have been specially provided by the State Government or the Governor of Nagaland, as the case may be, for any shop, the licensee shall be bound to carry on his business in such premises and to pay to the said Government in addition to his licence fee, such rent for the premises as may be demanded by the Deputy Commissioner.
