Section 7(iii) in The National Highways Authority of India (the term of office and other conditions of Service of Members) Rules, 2003
(iii)Oath of office and secrecy - A part-time Non-Government member shall, before entering upon his office, subscribe to an oath of office and an oath of secrecy and such oath of office and the oath of secrecy shall be administered in the form as per full time members of National Highways Authority of India.
