(ii)Where any hirer demands delivery of the whole or any part of his consignment stored in the licensee's cold storage, the licensee shall on payment of the charges fixed under Clause 20 within twenty four hours of such demand, deliver the whole or, as the case may be, the part of the consignment to the hirer.
