Section 11E(5)(b) in The U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947

(b)Not less than one-third of the seats reserved under Clause (a) shall be reserved for the women belonging respectively to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes and the Backward Classes.
