Section 1 in The Tea (Distribution and Export) Control Order, 2005
1. Short Title and Commencement.
(1)This Order may be called the Tea (Distribution and Export) Control Order, 2005.(2)It shall come into force, on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, (except paragraph 8, paragraph 11 and clause (d), (e) and (f) of paragraph 21 which shall come into force on the expiry of sixty days on and from the date of its said publication and paragraph 22 which shall come into force on expiry of thirty days of said publication).
