Section 21(1) in The Unit Trust Of India (Transfer Of Undertaking And Repeal) Act, 2002
(1)On the appointed day, the Unit Trust of India Act, 1963 shall stand repealed and the Board of trustees referred to in section 10 of the said Act (hereinafter referred to as the repealed Act) shall stand dissolved.
