Section 8 in The Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2001

8. Removal of doubt.

- It is hereby clarified that regularisation of unauthorised development under this Act shall be without prejudice to any civil or the criminal liability to which a person may be subject to under any law.
