13. Effects of non-compliance.
- If the necessary requirements are not complied with within the time specified under the last preceding rule or such further time as the registering authority may allow, the complaint may be put up by the registering authority before the Lokayukta or the Upa-Lokayukta, as the case maybe, and the Lokayukta or Upa-Lokayukta may summarily reject such complaint or pass such other order as he deems fit in the circumstances of the case.
