6. Certificate of Registration.
- The Authority shall, after being satisfied that the applicant fulfills the qualifications and other requirements, grant the certificate of registration to the applicant within a period of one month from the date of receipt of application in Form B and subject to such terms and conditions as it may deem fit.[Provided that in the case of a Primary Cooperative Society, the minimum Security Deposit of Rs. 7500/- for initial registration of three years shall be waived off] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 197(E) dated 2.4.2013 (w.e.f. 8.11.2010)].
