Section 4(7) in The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board Act, 2014
(7)On the basis of the examination referred to in sub-section (1) and sub-section (3), the Board shall prepare combined merit lists in terms of the marks secured by the candidate in the concerned entrance examination.
