Section 5(3)(a) in Professional Diploma Courses (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008

(a)A candidate whose parents are origin of Gujarat and who is living outside India and have passed the qualifying examination from outside India shall be eligible for admission, subject to the condition that he shall produce his parents' domicile certificate.
