Section 41(1) in U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973
(1)The [Authority,the Chairman or the Vice-Chairman] [Substituted by section-7(i) of amendment act-1976(Act No-19 of 1976) effective from 15.08.1975] shall carry out such directions as may be issued to it from time to time by the State Government for the efficient administration of this Act.
