(2A)The Karma-Samiti (Executive Council) shall prepare and recommend a panel of not less than three persons each of whom shall be a person of eminence in the academic or public life of the country, and is in the opinion of the Karma-Samiti (Executive Council) a fit and proper person to be appointed as the Acharya (Chancellor) of the University:Provided that if the Paridarsaka (Visitor) does not approve of any of the persons specified in the panel prepared and recommended by the Karma-Samiti (Executive Council), he may call upon the Karma-Samiti (Executive Council) to prepare a fresh panel of persons.
