Section 43(i) in The Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1980
(i)the expressions "village industry" and "cottage industry" shall have the same meaning as assigned to them under the Orissa State Aid to Industries Act, 1978 (Orissa Act 32 of 1978);
