109. Power of Deputy Superintendent to grant four hours leave.
- Subject to the rules relating to the granting of leave and the record to be maintained of all leaves granted, the Deputy Superintendent may grant leave of absence for a period not exceeding four hours at any one time to any subordinate officer:Provided that in every case in which any such leave is granted, the Deputy Superintendent shall make all necessary arrangements for the due performance of the duties of the officer to whom such leave is granted, during his absence on such leave.
