Section 244 in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
244. Municipal Commissioner to manage waterworks.
- Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the Municipal Commissioner shall manage all waterworks and allied facilities belonging to the Corporation and shall maintain the same in good repair and efficient condition and shall cause to be done from time to time all such things as shall be necessary or expedient for improving the said works and facilities.
