Ltd. has brought a crossed- cheque/draft bearing No.858458 dated 04.10.2013 for `20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand Only) in favour of appellant- Sukhdev Singh s/o Sh. Ujagan Singh which has been handed over to Mr.Suresh Kumar c/o Mr. Ashwani Arora, Advocate, for the appellant In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of as settled.
