Section 1 in The U.P. Regulation Of Money-Lending Act, 1976
1. Short title, extent and commencement. -
(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Regulation of Money Lending Act, 1976.(2)It extends to the whole of Uttar Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint in this behalf.
