20. Disposal of Government land by auction.
- The State Government may, instead of disposing of all available Government land by allotment, order that the whole or a certain proportion thereof to be specified by it, shall be sold by public auction in which event the provisions contained in Rules 20 to 22 of the Rajasthan Colonisation (Bhakra Project Government Lands Allotment and Sale) Rules, 1955 shall mutatis mutandis apply to such sales by auction.
