1. This statutory appeal is directed against the judgment and order passed by the National Green Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (for short, “the Tribunal”) in Appeal No. 106 of 2015, dated 13.03.2015, and in Review Application No.2 of 2015, dated 09.02.2015.

2. We have heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant and also perused the records of the case. We do not see any good grounds to interfere with the impugned judgment(s) and order(s) passed by the Tribunal.

3. In view of the above, these Civil Appeals are dismissed.
