Section 25(4) in Himachal Pradesh State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1996
(4)The Member Secretary of the State Authority shall prepare the Agenda of the meeting of the State Authority and the Executive Chairman shall finally approve the Agenda in consultation with the Patron-in-Chief of the State Authority. The Member Secretary shall give the notice of every meeting of the State Authority in writing to the Members at least seven days before the date of the meeting. However, in urgent matters, short notice may be given.
