1. As per office noting for today, nothing fresh has been filed.
2. Perusal of record shows that written statement was filed on behalf of defendant vide diary no.2020502/2022 and the same was taken on record in view of order dated 14.12.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Court.
3. Perusal of record also shows that affidavit of admission/ denial of documents was also filed on behalf of defendant vide diary no.2020562/2022 and documents with list of documents were also filed on behalf of defendant vide diary no.2020743/2022.
4. As per office noting, replication alongwith affidavit of admission/denial of documents were filed by the plaintiff vide diary no.1159571 dated 11.07.2023.

5. Ld. Counsel for defendant has submitted that replication has been filed on behalf of plaintiff on 11.07.2023 and the same is beyond period of 30 days extendable upto further 15 days as provided under Delhi High Court (Original Side) Rules, 2018 and the same may not be taken on record.
6. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that no objection has been raised by the Registry with respect to filing of the replication and he seeks some time for filing appropriate application for condonation of delay in replication. Let appropriate steps be taken as per law as last opportunity.
7. Office noting further reveals that documents with list of documents were also filed on behalf of the plaintiff vide diary no.1159575 dated 11.07.2023. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has submitted that he has filed application for bringing the above said additional documents on record, however, the same is yet to be listed. Let appropriate steps be taken as per law for getting the same placed on record.
8. Joint Document Schedule has not been filed.
9. Let Joint Document Schedule including its hard copy be filed at least two weeks before next date of hearing.
10. Both the parties shall file hard copies of their documents at least two weeks before next date of hearing.
11. Re-notify the matter for admission/denial of documents and further proceedings on 05th March, 2024.
