Section 25(1) in The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Compensation, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Development Plan) Rules, 2015
(1)The National Monitoring Committee constituted under Section 48 shall review and monitor the implementation of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Schemes for the projects within two months of the publication of the said approved Schemes by the Commissioner of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement under section 18 of the Act and thereafter, the meetings of the Committee shall be held once in three months to review and monitor the implementation of the rehabilitation and resettlement schemes.
