Section 16(5)(ii) in The Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Rules, 1958

(ii)No other deductions, without the approval of the Cane Commissioner, shall be made from the net weight of cane on the ground of drayage in proper stripping or for any other purpose.
