(2)Part I shall come into force at once. Government may, by notification in the [Official Gazette] [The words 'Official Gazette' were substituted for the words 'Bombay Government Gazette' by the Adaptation of Indian Laws Order in Council.], direct that Parts II, III, V and VI shall come into force in any district or municipal area on a date to be specified in such notification.
