Section 246(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(1)At the end of the year, a Panchayat/Panchayat Samiti shall prepare an abstract of Annual Accounts in Form XXXVI showing its income and expenditure under each head of budget and sent it to the State Government through Zila Parishad by following first May.
