1. Short title and commencement
.-(1) These regulations may be called The Establishment of New Medical College, Opening of New or Higher Course of Study or Training and Increase of Admission Capacity by a Medical College Regulations, 2003.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
