Section 79 in Rules Under the Land and Revenue Regulation
79. Different processes in preparation of record of rights.
- When an order has been made under section 17 of the Regulation directing that a record of tenants [and adhiars] rights shall be prepared in the manner prescribed below and shall consist of the following processes:-(a)Preliminary survey and record-writing.(b)Record attestation.(c)Preliminary publication and disposal of objections.(d)Preparation of final record(e)Publication of final record(f)Distribution of final record.
