62. Bar of jurisdiction of Courts.
- No order made by the Government or the Competent Authority in the exercise of any power conferred by or under this Chapter shall be called in question in any Court and no injunction shall be granted by any Court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Chapter.
