Section 47(2) in Rajasthan Para-medical Council Regulations, 2014
(2)Where the renewal is not made three months before the expiry of period of registration, the Registrar shall remove the name of the defaulter from the register:Provided that the name, so removed, may be restored on payment of the renewal fee, together with such fine, as may be decided by the Council, from time to time.
