34. Deputation of Government officers
- When a Government officer is deputed to a registered society, either as a managing director, executive officer or manager, or in some other similar position, he shall be in general control of the administration of the society with power to punish, suspend, remove or dismiss any paid employee of the society, subject to the general direction of the managing committee.
