Section 58(1) in Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (Chennai) Act, 1987
(1)The sums at the credit of the Provident Fund accounts of the persons referred to in sub-section (1) of section 57 as on the date of their becoming employees of [the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai] [Substituted by section 5 of the Dr. M. G. R. Medical University, Tamil Nadu (Amendment) Act, 1991 (Tamil Nadu Act 9 of 1991) which was deemed to have come into force on the 10th December 1990.] shall be transferred to [the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai] [Substituted by section 5 of the Dr. M. G. R. Medical University, Tamil Nadu (Amendment) Act, 1991 (Tamil Nadu Act 9 of 1991) which was deemed to have come into force on the 10th December 1990.] and the liability in respect of the said Provident Fund accounts shall be the liability of [the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai] [Substituted by section 5 of the Dr. M. G. R.
