Section 13(1) in The Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Board (Class III) Service Rules, 1989
(1)In respect of pay, leave and other matters expressly provided for in these rules, the members of the service shall be governed by the Punjab Civil Service Rules, as applicable to the employees of the State of Punjab from time to time.
