Perused the office note dated 15.7.2016.

It appears that the respondent No.2 and 3 were the legal representatives of the respondent No.1. On the death of respondent No.1, the other legal representatives have already been substituted who are representing sufficiently the estate of the deceased respondent No.1.

Therefore, the appeal will not abate as a whole. It shall proceed.
