Section 26(b) in The U.P. Scheduled Commodities (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 1989
(b)to require any person to make any statement or furnish any information or produce any document or article in his possession or under his control relating to the purchase, sale, distribution or storage of any scheduled commodities and any person so required shall comply with such requisition;
