Section 12(e) in The Rules For the Administration, Admission and Rehabilitation of Persons in Homes and Shelters, 1970
(e)At the time of admission, particulars of jewellary, cash and other belongings will be entered in the prescribed register and taken custody of by the Superintendent under the witness of two literate employees of the institution. The Property Register of inmates shall be checked and properly verified by the Chief Inspector once in every two months.
