Section 3(h) in The Karnataka Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes And Other Backward Classes (Reservation Of Appointment) Act 1990
(h)such other posts as the State Government may, from time to time, by order, specify: Provided that every order made under clause (h) shall be laid as soon as may be after it is made before each House of the State Legislature while it is in session for a total period of fourteen days which may be comprised in one session or in two or more successive sessions.
