Section 77(2) in The Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Rules, 1955
(2)Where the property of the minor vests in a Court of Wards under any law for the time being in force relating to Court of Wards Act, 1890 (VIII of 1890), the compensation shall be paid to the Court of Wards or to such guardian, as the case may be.
