Section 148(2)(e) in Bihar Education Code, 1961

(e)Every such school shall provide instruction only according to the curriculum prescribed by the State Government, and nothing else shall be taught, sung or recited therein without the previous sanction of the municipal Commissioners and the previous approval of the State Government.
