Section 8(e) in Bihar Journalist Pension Scheme Rules, 2015
(e)Representatives of the print or electronic media will be included in the said Screening Committee. Tenure of nominated members will be one year. Thereafter, members will be nominated by a normal procedure. A member of the screening committee may be nominated for once only.
