Section 12 in The Sugar Development Fund Rules, 1983
12. Agenda:
(1)At least seven clear days, before any meeting Committee of the Committee or a sub-committee, except meetings referred to in proviso to sub-rule (2) to rule 11, a list of business proposed to be transacted at the meeting signed by he Member-Secretary of the Committee, shall be sent to the members of the Committee or as the case may be, of a sub-committee.(2)No business, not included in the list of business, shall be transacted at a meeting without the permission of the person presiding over the meeting.
