Section 5 in Caltex [Acquisition of Shares of Caltex Oil Refining (India) Limited And of the Undertakings in India of Caltex (India) Limited] Act, 1977
5. Transfer and vesting in the Central Government of the undertakings of Caltex (India) in India.-
On the appointed day, the right, title and interest of Caltex (India) in relation to its undertakings in India shall, by virtue of this Act, stand transferred to, and vested in, the Central Government.
