Section 12(1) in The Orissa Medical Registration Rules, 1965
(1)At least sixty days before the expiry of the term of office of any nominated member, the Registrar shall draw the attention of the President to the approaching vacancy, and the letter shall forthwith report it to the State Government for necessary action to fill the vacancy.
