Section 10 in The Tamil Nadu Police (Reform) Act, 2013
10. State Police Complaints Authority.
- The Government shall establish at the State Level, a Police Complaints Authority, which shall have as its Chairperson, the Secretary in-charge of the Home department. The Director General of Police and Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) shall be the members of the State Police Complaints Authority.
