Section 24(4) in Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Charges of State Load Despatch Centre and Other Related Matters) Regulations, 2010
(4)The existing generating station (including captive generation plant) connected to the intra-State transmission system or distribution system shall register themselves with the SLDC by filing an application along with the fees of Rs. 10 lakhs for installed capacity of 50 MW and above or Rs. 5 lakhs for installed capacity below 50 MW within two months of coming into force of these regulations.
