Section 2(c) in Tamil Nadu Street Vending and Shops and Establishments Worker's Welfare Scheme, 2010
(c)"dependant" in relation to a registered manual worker means any of the relatives of such deceased workman as specified below :-(i)wife or husband, as the case may be;(ii)children;(iii)widow and children of the pre-deceased son; and(iv)parents.
